The last thing I want is to be in a dead-end position in a nowhere job, or be laid off and replaced due to "diversity" reasons. Tip: people will smell that resentment of 'SJW' stuff a mile away. I know some people take things so far but not everything related to anti-racism or anti-sexism is 'SJW'. Also, I don't really think people get fired so that they can be replaced to increase diversity. I've never heard of that happening and it honestly sounds kind of paranoid.
