I never stated my behavior is the norm among users, I merely stated it doesn't take any effort to be mindful of what we type. If it does, the fault lies with the user. Ask anyone who posts on other gaming message boards what they think about gamefaqs and near all of them will tell you this place is ridiculous with how utterly brainless the reasons are for the countless moderation you receive on here. I don't deny some rules are a bit strict or archaic but as children we were taught by our elders to follow said rules. As children we had no other choice but to follow said rules as there were no other alternatives for us. Now as adults are/should be capable of following said rules and are free to resort to other means should we not agree with those rules. We don't need to agree with the rules, we merely need to follow them. I know you're suggesting the rules should be changed to keep up with the current users. I am merely stating that is not necessary. If anything we, compared to our younger selves, should be more mature and in control of our behaviors and actions. KINDERFELD posted... But there is so much censorship that occurs on this website to the point that you'd believe that its a majority of kids lurking on the message boards and not full adult men and who who work and pay taxes. How does being an adult suddenly make cussing so normal that we must have it in our everyday speech? Are users incapable of using other words to express their emotions and can only resort to certain words? Like I stated earlier, it doesn't take any effort to watch our mouths. Hell, you have to physically type out the word. I can understand accidentally verbally blurting out the words but to type it out impulsively and say it is because we're adults now? --- "You must gather your party before venturing forth" "Go for the eyes Boo!
