| Zeus 10/14/17 12:21:15 AM #12: | I started gaming before Sonic was a thing, so... that's probably part of it. I also never thought the Sonic games were anywhere near as good. I mean, the whole thing is a speed-racing gimmick yet most of the time there are too many obstacles to make just charging through levels viable. *Granted* I'm sure that works on replays but, as an average gamer, I'm not that interested in playing a level hundreds of times just to memorize it well enough for speedruns.
