Topic	California makes first year of community college free.
Rasmoh 10/14/17 3:42:59 PM #20:	Useless. We need a nationwide effort to encourage people to pursue paths that aren't college. Far too many people go to college despite having no business going there. Also, colleges are quickly becoming redundant because most things that you learn in college can be learned online for free.
