I'm aware of that, I actually work for the courts in my state, but the type of suit he was describing would almost assuredly go to a jury trial because of the recent controversy around the issue. It wouldn't go anywhere. There's no law against what they did. Except you know free speech and expression. You know the constitution and such. He kneeled. He wasn't talking. It's funny when Americans don't know their own laws. Supreme Court ruled in 1943 that schools can't dictate or force kids to salute the flag and this falls under that.
