Back when BK did metal cards for Pokemon, they had some gold-plating, were thick, and had a commemorative Pokeball case... although I think they were also sold separately, so it might not be fair. Oh, and then there was a later one when BK did movable action feature cards. I think I wound up buying the Articuno one either while in a shop or on ebay (or maybe even Yahoo Auctions? Which was a thing once upon a time). Apparently it even had sound. That was one cool card.
