What if different people keep blocking the intersection, and the intersection stays blocked for literally hours. Maybe days. How long does an intersection have to be blocked before driving through at 3 miles per hour go from impermissible to permissible? What do you do, starve to death? Abandon your car and walk? Shit yourself? I would assume you call the cops and let them know that there are protestors in the streets so they can clear them out.
