The topic title makes it seem like you killed somebody. People can freak out over anything nowadays, jeez. Get over it, deal with the consequences, etc. It's your fault. It wasn't an 'accident.' An accident would be if you slipped while walking next to the glass wall, and somehow broke it. You willingly put your feet on it and pushed. Sounds like a no-brainer to me.
