You want a plot hole? Look no further than the second act of the movie. Charlie Day someone managed to build a rogue yeager in a tundra somewhere, so when Boyega and Clint Eastwoods son go to investigate, it immediately gets blown up by the enemy. But theres a problem here. We dont get told, specifically that the bad jeagers are built there, but, later on, when the rest of the drone jaegers morph... they were all from the assembly line, and not from the factory that got destroyed before they could investigate. So what was the point of that factory that Mako died to give the information for? ---
