TheCyborgNinja 04/18/18 4:32:25 PM #11: | How old are you? I didn't start filling out adequately until I was about 24. I was between 120 and 135 pounds during the years after I stopped working out but before I filled out like a man (I'm 5'9"). Nobody ever gave me a hard time about it, but I had serious insecurities about being "a skinny man", especially as all the males in my family were all 6' and up and 190-210lbs. The only reason I'm as short as I am is because I had medication that stunted my growth (which my mom complained about, they denied, then it was pulled off the market years later for *gasp* stunting growth!). Yeah, I could've worked out again, but bulking up on a boy's frame doesn't count for as much as filling out properly. I fucking hate the "fat acceptance" movement, partly because it's basically just building itself up by shitting on other people indirectly. How about we all just stop putting anyone on a pedestal for superficial reasons? No matter how perfect a person seems, they all carry their own insecurities. --- "message parlor" ? do you mean the post office ? - SlayerX888 ... Copied to Clipboard! |
