| Topic | Does anybody else get attached to something before actually buying? |

Occasionally there's something I see in a store that I really want, but I can't get it right then. Eventually the time is right, and when I finally do get it the satisfaction is immense. In the case of games, books or anything mass produced, it's better when it's the very same individual copy that you've been eyeing. Like years ago a store had one copy of a relatively obscure anime that was a favorite of mine, but it was back when I was unemployed so I couldn't get it. A few months later I moved to a new town and got a job. One day I went back to town, and they still had that very same copy on the shelf. Similar case recently with a collector's edition of a game at a store, but I just didn't want to pay full price for it. It went on sale the other day, and I put a hold on it within hours.
