Topic	This 27 y/o CAN'T get a JOB ever since an 18 y/o Girl accused him of RAPE!!!

You shouldn't ever lose your job over something that happens on your own time. Unless you're in jail for a long time. In principle? Sure, that sounds fair. In practice? That'd be inconvenient for employers who might be pressured to drop an employee who did something on their off-hours, leading to protests and boycotts. Plus you might find out something that an employee does during their off-hours that you don't want to be associated with.
