26 y/o Alex Lovine and her girlfriend, 24 y/o Emma Pichl were booted out of an uber driver's car after he went INSANE when he saw them KISSING in his car in New York!!

They were riding in his car in the evening in Manhattan when he suddenly pulled over and kicked them out after initially thought it was a joke but once they realized he wasn't they started recording him

Alex said they ordered an uber at 5pm to go to a friend's birthday party in Brooklyn and said "We were sitting on opposite sites of the car. We leaned in for a peck and that's what it was, a legit peck"

After he saw them through his rear view window he stopped and told them to get out. Alex said they started laughing and thought he was joking. They were aware of Uber's sex in the car policy but it was just a kiss which is far from objectionable.

She says "He yelled at us for being disrespectful and inappropriate because we pecked on the lips"

Video footage shows the unidentified driver openign the door to the backseat as Aelx asks them why they're being thrown out and he says "It's illegal. You can't do this in the car. You aren't allowed to do this."

She presses him and says "Why are we not allowed to kiss in an Uber?". He says "It's disrespectful" and he reaches for her phone to stop recording.

They threatened to call the police and said "It's not illegal to kiss in New York"

They have sent a report to Uber of their complaint as the company responded and said they do not tolerate any form of discrimination and have reached out to them to say they are investigating and will take action.

All Alex wants is an apology and a refund as she's also filed a complaint with the city's Human Right's Commission after that terrible experience which ironically happened during pride emonth

She said "Obviously, he's homophobic. I was very surprised. I haven't experienced homophobic behaviour in the city. We live in this bubble and i think this can't happen here in NYC."
