Attacks with that tend to be stronger, and its's more engaging than mashing the attack button, which I think is what a lot of people end up doing. Exploration is also pretty fun like this. Once you start zipping around the big maps, it's a ton of fun. When you account for the speed in which you go, the maos aren't really all that huge in comparison to other games. Also, you get plenty of items to extend drop time.
