First try reinstalling windows. Make sure you write down the registration key here (or take a picture of it) before you totally wipe the hard drive.

(using a working computer) download Windows.

After that, use Rufus to make a windows USB ISO.

If that doesn't work, if you can replace a battery you can replace a hard drive. Just Google it. Make sure you get an SSD and it's at least 64 GB.

After you get that, clone the data on the old hard drive to the new one using a desktop computer.

If opening a desktop computer to plug a hard drive in scares you, just buy this.

No guarantees it'll fix anything either. The problem could be any number of things... but it's likely the hard drive.
