Compromise in a relationship is one thing, and I can see a significant other having grounds to complain if you spend like 10 hours a day playing games and not doing things they want to do (or at least doing things you can do together, and assuming they themselves don't like playing multiplayer video games), but absolutist ultimatums are pretty much poison for any relationship unless you're a complete and total doormat. No one "forbids" me to do anything and remains a person I want to continue existing in my life. Sounds about right.
