I've done it so many times, especially when I was a homeschooled kid. Between being sickly, depressed, poor, friendless, and afraid of some of the people living in busses and trailers on the property, that was just how it was. I'm sure I've gone weeks without going outside at some points.

Now I usually at least go outside to water my plants every other day. But I definitely still spend days without going outside sometimes. Nowhere to go, no money, sick, too hot, no privacy...

I know I should spend more time outdoors but it's hard to figure out any excuses for it when I'm not exactly capable of going anywhere on my own. :P

I know depression is it's own beast but sometimes I honestly envy being able to just relax inside like that. I struggle with anxiety a lot and feel like I can almost never relax unless I'm distracting myself with some kind of activity
