Charges on the heroin, cocaine, and paraphernalia were dropped as they aren't a priority in SF. As authorities were arresting the individual, he proceeded to defecate onto the street which is common in this great city. He will be facing upwards of 25 years for the straws and faces a bond of 1.2 billion. As a bay area resident, can confirm while walking down certain streets the whispered word "straws?
