Charges on the heroin, cocaine, and paraphernalia were dropped as they aren't a priority in SF. As authorities were arresting the individual, he proceeded to defecate onto the street which is common in this great city. Who knows how badly this could have turned out if he had access to a straw dispenser....or...by God...an electronic one.
