Write-Up: This is a decent relaxing tune if you are chilling out looking for good vibes although the message of the song might be a downer if you are a person that has had someone they loved leave them recently. I do kind of feel like the song is not as epic as it probably was in the 70's. It was the band's highest rated song in their careers though so I'm sure it's the greatest thing ever heard by at least a few people who are hardcore Player fans... if there are any that is. The song appeared in a few animated shows including King of the Hill, American Dad and The Simpsons. It was even parodied in 2016 by Peter Beckett who sang about the return of Tom Brady from his suspension called "Brady come back". Other than that, I don't know much else about the history of the song or even the band tbh. ====================================
