Write-Up:
I'm gonna catch holy hell from a few readers/viewers here. But um... yeah, this didn't make it into the Top 1,000. I'll give you a minute to get the frustration out... all set? lol. Anyway, yeah. Maybe it's because I've heard this song so friggin much that it fails to impress anymore. Notice that I did include all 3 parts in this ranking. Pink Floyd is awesome and I'll never disagree but this song just doesn't move me as much as it used to. It is a classic for sure but it's more of a story driven riff than something meant to jam out to imo although the guitar solo is pretty boss. As you would expect though it scores the most points possible in the Top 100 category. People love this tune all over the world and it scored at the top of multiple lists over the years. It has also appeared in many other forms of pop culture including tv, movies and even plays. The Wall was among the many cassettes I owned growing up as well and in fact I may have had multiples of it too.
