They'll resolve their third action at the same time most party members are just getting their second turn, so with Ace Striker you can Wrath, Wrath, Entrust to a DPS character, who is able to do whatever on turn one and then use their USB or whatnot on turn two. I think speed clears often have Shelke or Morrow carry Mako Might so they can go Entrust, Wrath, Entrust to get two DPS characters up and running quickly. --- I don't like this duchy.
