Rules

1: Nominate up to 10 songs. That number may increase, depending on activity.

If you know the artist performing the song, please list that under origin. If you don't, then you can either name the media it appeared in (if it was featured in a game, show, or movie) or just the account that uploaded it, if there's nothing else.

YouTube or Spotify links are preferred, but not required. For hard to find songs, you may use whatever link you need.

3: The ranking will be purely subjective and my opinion may be influenced by anything. It is suggested that you not take them too seriously.

Introduction

Kupo! Raetsel Lapin here: you may remember me as the co-ranker from last year's "Se7en & Raetsel Rank 200 Classic Mega Man Tunes" topic series. It was my first attempt at participating in a Board 8 ranking topic and while it was a lot of fun, it was always my dream to eventually do a solo topic of my own.

...Not the most glamorous of dreams, but a dream nonetheless.



For this topic, participants are free to nominate just about anything that has audio. Popular songs, covers, remixes, demos, mash-ups, parodies, VGM, TV Themes, commercial jingles, and anything else I'm forgetting. As long as you're not literally nominating silence or an entire episode of a TV show, it should count.

If you're not sure who to credit with a song, don't worry about it. I'm aware that it could well be impossible to find who to credit for jingles, or parodies on the internet, or games with a lot of people contributing to the soundtrack. The name of the uploader is good enough, if that's all you have to work with ; and really you can leave "Song Origin" blank if you're completely lost.

(You may also use whatever type of nomination format you desire, so long as it's clear what you're nominating.)



For my rankings, they are purely subjective and may be influenced by almost anything. I promise not to factor in my opinion of the person nominating the song, the person uploading the song, or the popularity of the song/upload. Everything else--including videos, descriptions, and an infinite number of other things--is fair game.

For an example: One of the songs nominated to Se7en's current ranking topic had a typo in its Description that amused me to no end. I can not hear that song without laughing at the error. I am both unable, and unwilling, to separate my enjoyment of the song itself from my amusement at the error.



There will be write-ups. If you followed our Mega Man Music topic, you may know that my write-ups are stream of consciousness affairs that can go to some odd places. Refer to rule 3 and try not to take them too seriously.

I'm hoping for around 200 songs. If there any questions, I shall answer them to the best of my ability.
