The difference in the overall efficiency is from M1911's lower stats compared to CZ75, but her buffing Enfield's rate of fire is much more important in the long run. Plus, her smoke grenade skill is helpful for stalling until Enfield's self-buffing skill kicks in. Fair enough. As much as I like CZ and her tactical scoped battle axe, I'm cool with 1911.
