I've never gotten the appeal of this track. It got a lot of support in the most recent VGMC, making it into the main bracket and obliterating whichever FF7 song it was up against, but I just don't see the appeal, no matter how often I hear it.

...of course I'm not much of a fan of Jenova either, so I probably voted for this song. Picking a brand new song that I don't care about over an overrated song I've heard a thousand times and never cared much about seems logical. If so, I regret doing so now that I've heard this song a few more times and denounce whichever voice in my head was voting that day.
