Topic	Jfc, am i just a giant joke? I can never get jobs to call me back

My original plan was to work in Florida in a dead end job until January, when Id have enough money to move away to LA, where Id work in the television/film industry and gradually meet people to develop my projects. But now I have to put that on hold. I cant even stay in Florida an extra two weeks. I need to leave right away by the end of November. The longer I wait, the harder its going to be for me to get any sort of job in the industry I want. But I cant do any of that if Im not in LA, and I cant go there if I dont have money, and I wont have that if I have to leave early. Your problem isn't bigger. You just think you're special. You're not special. Get a job like the rest of us while you work toward your unrealistic dream of being in the brutal industry you want. I've been telling him for a long time that he should go back to his master's program to get his teaching degree so that he can at least have a stable job to achieve his dream with. He's only thinking in the immediate short term and its actually costing him more time than if he'd just finished his master's. He's not going to listen.
