Thousands of people live and work in blue-collar jobs without a personal vehicle. It isn't an easy way to live, but it can be done. You're a recent graduate--reach out to Penn State's career office. Hit up the college/department you earned your degree from. Utilize your networks. Set a firm goal for the number of jobs you will apply to each day.
