*GUMMY Continued*

[FINAL NOTES: Right, "Funky Cold Medina", that was the worst song in existence. I think I'd take a mashup of Garfield Rap & Parody Opening over that abomination.

Also, I forgot that I did have one "legally defined as a rap song" that I picked up around 2005: The Chipmunks' version of the Men in Black theme, but "cartoon animals singing about popular movie characters" seems rather cheating. [And yes, I know Men in Black was technically a comic first, but considering the song was written for the film and the film took so many liberties with the source material, I feel justified referring to it as a movie in this context.]

...and I guess there was that "Bedrock Hop" album, but I don't think there was any actual rapping on it? Been a while since I listened to the whole album though, Disco Dino was the only song that I actually kept on my playlists.

*shudders*

God, that album was...something. The last song features a pair of toddlers attempting to sing the Flintstones theme, while some guy plays random voice clips from the cast. I will never forget the horror: Fred shouting "SHAKE YOUR BOOTY, WILMA!!" in a threatening tone just before a chorus of damned children sing the theme song while Barney laughs...I had almost blocked that travesty from my memory.

...still better than Medina. Garfield Rap & Parody Opening it's harder to say, but the Flintstones song is at least laughably terrible, so I'd probably take it over them.]
