Write-Up: So... it's time for me to admit... that this isn't a perfect ranking in the way that I clearly have broken the rules of the ranking here. It was an honest goof but this version should not be the version I am ranking since it is not the earliest recording of the song within the decades I have chosen for the ranking. It was actually written and recorded originally in 1975 by Ian Hunter. It wouldn't have helped the 70's list much bit does hurt the 80's list slightly. Oh well, it isn't the best version of the song anyway. That goes to the Great White version posted below. Great Whites version nearly topped the charts which was something the previous versions did not even come close to doing. It doesn't matter which version I hear though, the only part of the song I even think is kinda catchy is the chorus.
