I have so many questions:

Is this song sampling Material Girl? If so, why?

Is this video parodying a variety of movies or something? Because I really have no idea what I just watched.

...Why are Genghis Khan and Alibaba in this song?

Is the part starting at 3:35 inspired by and/or sampling "Whip It"? Because I swear that sounds really familiar before returning to what I still swear is Material Girl.

I have absolutely no clue what is happening, but I can't look away from it...

[FINAL NOTES: I will never understand what's going on with this song, but it is strangely addicting as a result. ...Also this is an interesting song to open the top half of the list on.]
