Swing metal? Well that's about as different as it comes, yes. And I do love bands with fictional backstories. It doesn't have robots, but it does have rebellion against a corrupt church, so I really want to give them bonus points for the story...

"Avant-Garde Metal", huh? Now that sounds like a genre with a lot of potential... though I'll have to wait to try to do any further research on that topic.

...also this song reminds me of Cuphead, but while I did not care for the Cuphead song that got into VGMC, I actually do like this. Since I haven't actually played Cuphead, I can't waste time speaking about the game even if I wanted to, but.... well but nothing, that train of thought was never going to go anywhere, kupo.
