Doesn't exercise release endorphines in your brain just like drugs? I want solutions to a mental issue, what u described would kick the can down the road but wouldn't solve the root of the problem.

Seek. Professional. Help.

Dont be like so many other people who refuse it despite obviously needing it. Trying to help yourself is nothing to be ashamed of. It's astrength. It's the weak person who says, "what good will that do, why bother?"

I don't trust professionals. I'd get better advice from a hobo on the street. Literally.
