Nominator: Dragon66116 (1/15)

Well, I did say that the only rap song I ever truly loved was a Childish Gambino song with distorted vocal effects. So, obviously, I really enjoy this too... it just falls into the trap of being too obvious? It's like, "here's that artist you like doing those things you like him for!"

[FINAL NOTES: I should make more of an effort to listen to his songs. He's 2/2 on songs I like and if I truly want to listen to more music like that, that's as good a place to start as I'm ever going to get.

Lowest Ranked Song: Red Sam (197th Place)
Highest Ranked Song: Shadows (14th Place)

[FINAL-ER NOTES: Alright, alright, I know that's not a fair note to end on.

First, I did want more exposure to rap music, and you gave a decent variety of options; from recent songs like They.Resurrect.Over.New. to classics like It Ain't Hard to Tell, you offered a wider look into that genre than any other single nominator.

Real World proved to be an unexpected joy; I expected to dismiss it as "too familiar, next", but it managed to soar into the top 50. And may still have been slightly undervalued, as I could really go for a relaxing song like that right about now...

Other songs also covered a lot of ground and, while I strongly disliked Red Sam, like I said in the intro--I'm honestly grateful for the opportunity to listen to something that's as far from my comfort zone as possible.]
