Theres not really a point in making that distinction. Killing him alone is awful and theres no way a third party can confirm or deny how violent it was.
Third party investigation. Boom.
But who can confirm that it happened? The people that performed the killing and those who cleaned it up, but good luck getting anything out of them.
So how did Turkey come to the conclusion that he was vivisected?
Whatever evidence turkey has, let them share it with e.g. NATO and see if they come to the same conclusion. ---
