Heck even neighbors. I'm surprised you all didn't get together with pitchforks by this point. If you live in an apartment complex, call the office/maintanence and tell em about it and they will handle it. It's eventually a fire hazard anyway...so they pretty much have to. It won't stop for a VERY long time and by then...well.....you'll all be axe murderers pretty much. (those of you who are not already that is). --- "did you steal my f***in signature" Helly ...
