They never have em on sale though:(

Diff between $6 a pound (and I hunt for the big filet portions), and $12+ a pound.

I general go in this order for steaks, based on the sale price.

Rib Eye (my favorite)
T-Bone (best value usually)
Tri-Tip ($5 or less and still good)

Very rarely there will be something else with a good deal. I never do Sirlion though.
