It's interesting to see older more folk inspired religions exist today after centuries of franchising and consolidation among organized Judeo-christianity in Western Europe. It's like a cultural time capsule. I can't think of any other examples.

depends what you consider western europe I guess. there's some old pagan traditions that are still celebrated in sardinia, finland and the baltic states. definitely all over eastern europe too
