Seeming more like an X-Files monster than something out of Doctor Who, the Weeping Angels are terrifying statues who only move when they're not being looked at. Looking into them more closely, you will see they are filled to the brim with scary elements that are verily associated with tense horror sensations crafting some of the most honest to god scary moments I've ever seen in a TV show, especially one not typically known for horror. The Weeping Angels can even go so far as to possess TV screens as anything with the image of an angel starts to possess the qualities of said angel. Security cam footage can even cause the Angel to jump from screen to screen with ease before closing in on a victim. Weeping Angels used to be slightly more benevolent beings who's touch would merely send you back in time, with the time traveled being used as an energy source for them, until they discovered death was a far more wealthy source of energy. One really frightening possibility is for them to even become famous statues, like the Statue of Liberty. These guys work similarly to SCP-173, and in fact they were created around the same time. While The Sculpture is scary, they pale in comparison to the Weeping Angels just for the sheer potential number of them. Remember, don't blink!
