I figured there had to be something with Orson Welles commercials considering The Critic's parody, but never tried looking anything up. Thanks for that! Not much music related today. I did listen to "dear future self", but didn't fall in love with any of the tracks. Nothing bad, but no real standout tracks. I think I'd actually pick "stone" as the best track on the album? There's a wind chime sorta quality to the music that stands out, not just in comparison to that album but in terms of anything I've heard before, which gives it an edge over the competition. kyogre waterfall & hall of dry yeast are probably in second and third? secretosore.txt was memorable, which likely lets it take fourth place on the album. Really though, the album just made me wish I was re-listening to either of the Venitian Snare albums I already liked, or possibly diving into some third album of his. Think I'll try something else of his tomorrow.
