Like I said, most of my music knowledge comes from oldies stations, 80s stations, and classic rock stations. I think Metallica was just too heavy to get plays on most of those... I think I hear Enter Sandman on one of the classic rock stations occasionally (or the song is so omnipresent in pop culture that I just feel like it plays more often than it does), but I'd have a bit of a rough time even naming any other Metallica songs. I can't say with certainty that I haven't heard any of their other songs (I didn't know just how many singles came from that Third Eye Blind album until I listened to said album, so it's entirely possible I know more songs from any given band than I think I do), but my first reaction is that I know next to nothing about Metallica. --- Marshmallow unicorns forever! ...
