The evidence was reviewed in a closed session. The Board unanimously voted to not certify the results of the election. This apparently has something to do with wild irregularities regarding Bladen Countys handling of absentee votes. The Board of Elections, whose future is in very serious doubt, is having a teleconference today to discuss and possibly vote again on the matter.
