The evidence was reviewed in a closed session. The Board unanimously voted to not certify the results of the election. This apparently has something to do with wild irregularities regarding Bladen Countys handling of absentee votes. The Board of Elections, whose future is in very serious doubt, is having a teleconference today to discuss and possibly vote again on the matter. Its pretty unclear what's going to happen from here. Update on this story - it seems there was systematic tampering with the absentee ballots in Bladen County (and possibly also Robeson).
