Topic	PEI introducing tough law for illegally passing a school bus.

Ive never seen a single person illegally pass a school bus here in the US Honestly... I don't think I've ever actually had to stop specifically for a school bus. I tend not to be in school zones around the times a bus would be there, so it has never been an issue for me. Its another over reaction.
