That's your physical prime, after you've finished growing but before age starts wearing your body down. If we're talking setting a "legal age" where you're always considered that age on paper, regardless of your biological age (as the guy in the news story was apparently attempting), then the obvious answer changes to "anything 70 or older", since that entitles you to various seniors' benefits. --- Kill 1 man: You are a murderer.
