Write-Up: The 4th Pearl Jam tune to make an appearance in the ranking and clearly the "better" one so far lol. I do like this song but it doesn't really tug on me emotionally in any way. You'll find out near the top of the ranking that one of the most common things among the songs there is that they impact me emotionally. One thing I find interesting about the song though is that it climbed to the top of the charts without ever having been released as a single or additional promotional support as I see it. Eddie Vedder who had written the song claimed that he had written it many years prior when he was in high school and well before the band got together. He even recorded it on a 4-track reportedly. That's seriously old to me as 8-tracks were just becoming extinct when I entered the world. I never really felt so old though as the day my oldest son asked me what a cassette player was lol. ====================================
