Topic	Conservative Teacher is FIRED for being ANTI-TRANSGENDER and STUDENTS are MAD!!

Kid should've just gotten moved to a different class. Now the school is going to be ravaged in a law suit. They didn't break any laws so not likely. A government employee being prohibited from freedom of speech and religion absolutely violates not just the law, but the constitution. That's why you deal with people like this by finding some unrelated technicality to get them on. Government employees are agents of the state, so therefore they have a greater onus on respecting the 1st amendment rights of others over themselves, because they are the government. This teacher refusing to accept the free expression of his student is far more tyrannical than the teacher being asked to stop going out of his way to be an asshole. Show me where he stopped the kid from expressing himself, rather than simply not going along with it. That last bit is where the issue is. The student shouldn't have to compromise with the government over respecting his 1st amendment right. Once again, freedom to express himself does not equate to a requirement for anyone else to go along with it; only for them to not prevent him from doing so himself. This teacher didn't say "You can't use male pronouns / present as male / etc". Just that he himself would not play along with it. And to be clear, I'm not saying the teacher was in the right. Just that legally, this won't stand up.
