That's honestly not too bad. 3 high-rarity dolls out of 10 is totally fine, and it helps that the ones you're using are relatively common for their rarities. 9A-91 and 416 can appear from any recipe that uses at least 800 total resources (which includes any of the optimized recipes besides the one specifically for HG's) and Thompson can appear from literally any recipe that can possibly be used. Chances are you'll get at least one duplicate of those by the time you're ready for the level 70 dummy link. The level 30 link is usually the one where players fall into core hell from using too many high-rarity dolls, because there's plenty of time between 30 and 70 for you to stock up on cores.
