If you suspect I won't know anything about the character, you can post a picture and I will rate the character based off of said image. Who knows? You might intrigue me enough to learn more. Unless it's anime-related. I tend to have no interest in that particular medium. You're welcome to nominate characters from it still, but expect to need to provide a picture. Long story short, if I don't know who a character is and there's no picture attached, I'm just giving the character a low score and moving on.
