| scarletspeed7 12/16/18 5:30:37 PM #11: | Underleveled posted... Audrey II Rating: 54 out of 100 As a joke, it's Audrey is an amusing character. As a concept, Audrey is a sound character. As anything else, it's a series of diminishing returns. How do you rate this sort of one-note character against, say, Mercutio? Or Yossarian? Or Jean Valjean? For me, I'm taking into account that 50 is average, and this character moves the needle slightly for me. Little Shop is an enjoyable little musical, but it's certainly not one of my favorites by any means. And while I do have a visceral response to summoning up the name of Little Shop (plants), but I think my mind quickly moves to how great Steve Martin was.
