Combat is generally viewed as bad but boy the story / lore and general atmosphere is great. The investigation quests are also pretty cool too. Oh so very much this. TSW was a fantastic game spoiled by MMO trappings. Unfortunately, it was completely revamped into Secret World Legends, which is a fantastic game ruined by F2P MMO trappings. If someone could make a private server, rebalance everything for solo play, and mod in action-RPG combat, it would be one of the best games ever. As it is, it's a fantastic world populated by people who really want you to spend more time and money to see the next bit. --- The shattered stage is set and there's a role you must fulfil ...
